Digital Transformation Project For Professional Membership Association
In March this year, we were absolutely delighted to secure a two-year contract with a globally recognised awarding body to provide transformation management to support their overarching business strategy. The contract includes senior business system analysts, IT project management, both manual and automated testers and transformation/project governance.

The contract will see our experienced team help the qualification provider to develop and implement their ICT strategy. The strategy will focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, adding functionality, and improving the experience of their 120,000 members.

We will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of core business systems. This will include working with the client to select the right systems, configure them, and train staff on how to use them. As part of the contract, we are providing a transformation management workspace which has been completely refurbished for the client and kitted out with the latest equipment, dashboards, with both work and meeting spaces where the core PSP team and the customer teams can work collaboratively on the transformation projects.

The ICT transformation service forms part of our outsourced IT strategy and management service where companies can outsource key ICT roles, such as our CTO as a service role,  and call on experienced resources without the need for a permanent headcount.

Joe Verde, CEO and Co-founder of PSP, said:

"We are delighted to have been awarded this major contract for a special client. It is a testament to our expertise in digital transformation and our experience with working in the education sector that such a large awarding body has put their ICT transformation project in the hands of us at PSP.”

We look forward to working with the client over the next two years and to help to digitally revolutionise their way of working.
