Today, part of the PSP Agile team moved into our newly kitted out Digital Transformation workspace where they will work on a major digital transformation project with a globally recognised qualification awarding body.
Our Newly Kitted Digital Transformation Centre Leaps Into Business
The team assigned to this outsourced project includes senior business analysts, IT project managers, both manual and automated testers and transformation/project governance.
We will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of their core business systems, such as CRM. This will include working with the client to select the right systems, configure them and train staff on how to use them.
